Man that first day sucked! I was cruisin' until about 4 PM. Evening was a little rocky, but I stuck with the warm cream soups and my super-protein pudding.  I forgot how warm food definitely makes a difference in satiety!  But at 1:00 AM I was wide awake with a throbbing headache and STARVING! Laid in bed, tossing and turning until pouchy demanded food. I think I handled it pretty well.  Had a mug of warm milk and a slice of FF turkey lunchmeat.

So.... onto Day #2. Gonna try to work that whole hot liquid/feeling satisfied thing.  I do like the rising re-awareness of my pouch!

Wish me luck!  No. wait. Wish me full-ness!

I'm on day 3, and surprised that I don't feel hungry! the 1st day went well, the 2nd day got rough and I got grumpy at about dinner time but a protein shake knocked that grumpiness away! I'm doing great today, Its been a while since I felt that  fullness, I actually forgot what it felt like. Tomorrow will be easier because I'm looking forward to chewing! I'm not exactly sure if I'm doing all that I'm supposed to be doing, but I'm ever watchful that I don't let those carbs slip in. the water keeps me feeling comfortable and the sugar free puddings and jellos are helping to stave off the sweet cravings. So, what kind of meal plan are we supposed to follow after this. I know the "protein 1st" rule but what are realistic servings for weight loss, with all the other foods like veggies and fruit?
