9:30 RESUME LIQUIDS

500 mg. calcium citrate (UpCal D) +250 mg magnesium oxide in protein shake
 (8 OZ)


LIQUIDS (8 OZ)
11:30
1 sublingual B12 methyl-cobalamin by Life Extension (1mg)
                         AND
in protein shake add the following powders (8 OZ)
+1 packet coromega (Vitamin Lady)
+2 dry vitamin E (800 IU)
+1 B Complex
+1 dry A and D
+2 5000 dry Vitamin D3
+500 mg. calcium citrate(UpCal D)
+250 mg magnesium oxide in protein shake 
(8 OZ)

1:30-2:00 LUNCH
Week 1-4 (Full Liquid) 2 oz (protein sources first)
Week 5-8 (Pureed foods) 1 oz/protein AND 1 oz/fruit-breakfast, vegetable-lunch, starch-dinner
Week 9-15 (Moving Beyond Pureed Food) 2 oz/protein AND 1 oz/starch-breakfast, fruit-lunch, vegetable-dinner
Week 16-24 2 oz/protein AND 2 oz/ starch-breakfast, fruit-lunch,  vegetable-dinner
Week 25-36 3 oz protein AND 2 oz starch-breakfast, fruit-lunch, vegetables-dinner

Your iron + C can be taken with fruit.

Spread those multis over the day NOT with the iron, tho.

otherwise, looks like a good starter. You'll adjust with time and needs, but reasonable now.
