UpCal D / where to find

 Where do I find UpCalD?

I order mine from Amazon, usualy 4 or 5 canisters at a time to save on shipping and to prevent "running out".  Usually arrives quickly and well-packaged.  I mix it into my morning latte every day... have been for three years and can still stick with it! I even pack little, disposable, plastic to-go cups for vacation.  Each one holds one serving and is super-easy to toss into a purse or suitcase.

BTW, I am having problem with constipation.  I have been advised to get a calcium with magnesium it in.  Someone told me to go to www.bodybuilding.com/store/ns/calcium.html.   I think, I will look into this now.

Solaray (brand name) has calcium citrate with vit D in gelcaps.  These gelcaps don't constipate me like the solid tablets do.  Also - I use "Gentle Iron" because it does not constipate me as bad as the regular kind.  Bran Buds cereal are good to sprinkle on breakfast or just about any other food.  they are crunchy and really help get the system going.  Stool Softeners WITHOUT added laxative work great too.  I take four at a time when I just have to make my bowels move.  Good luck.
