It's about time this week was over..I got so busy today and super stressed..what is up with that? Seems like I was doing NOTHING all week long and all of a sudden, everything attacked me all at once on Friday afternoon!
 
My eats for Friday:
 
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 cup blueberries, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1pc turkey breast deli meat

9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

10:45 am 3 oz cheddar cheese

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf w/ half n half

1:30 pm 2 cups salad greens, 4 oz chicken breast (baked), 1 oz honey mustard dressing

2:00 pm I actually ate a piece of meat pizza..I don't know what posessed me but I did and there you have it!
 
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Lipton Mango & Mandarin 

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mango & Mandarin

6:00 pm 3 oz pork sausage, 1/2 cup mashed real potatoes and 3 broccoli flowerettes..
 
Whew..I'm so glad that is over!

Not a bad day..But I'm so ready for the weekend..I'm thinking for dessert tonight I'm gonna have a sugar free margarita..yeah, it's been that kinda week!

I am glad it is Friday too! I do not know why since i am working my other job Saturday and Sunday; just 6 hours both days. We lose an hour of sleep though tomorrow night and I will really miss it since I will not get off wor****il 0130! I have to teach Sunday School this Sunday too, oh well.
0700-premier protein drink
1130-warm wild salmon over mixed greens with cranraisons and walnuts in a honey lime vinagrette
1400-skinny cow
1600-left over 1 mini chicken taco from last night-thought I was going for a run
1900-panko crusted tilapia, sweet potato, steamed brocoli
will have a cupcake later; I stopped at the Cupcake store on the way home to get cupcakes for DD and her friend who is sleeping over.
All my water and such. DD begged to skip dance class because her friend is sleeping over and I let her. I will run in the morning.

Ooo..a day of lots of fish. I love it..Where you are, you get the freshest and best salmon on the planet but what we get is pretty good (not great) too. I'm so gonna use that recipe for salmon..it sounds so yummy..We bought swai fillets last weekend cuz it was actually cheaper than tiliapia fillets - this weekend tilaipia is only $1.99 a lb..we'll have about 15 more pounds of it by Sunday afternoon..

I noticed a cupcake store on my drive to work this week..I may have to take a peek in that place..but then I also got a Fiji;s sugar free catalog today..I'm drooling - it's dangerous..

Hi Dawn...I'm late posting but I got a great excuse! LOL  I went to a 'line dancing' class...started at 7pm and finished up at 8:20pm...what a FUN nite!  Sure beat walking on the treadmill LOL

B  Protein shake-chocolate malt w/8oz lite soy milk
L  1/2c sweet/sour stir fry: 1oz shrimp, 1tbs sweet/sour sauce, 1c cauliflower
S  4 carmel candies
D  6pc honey-walnut shrimp, 4oz Dannon Fit & Lite
S  8pc SF fudge-dipped vanilla wafers

Totals:  375cal  50.7g fat  139 carbs  104.2protein

a little high on carbs..but % are fairly even so I feel good about today. thini I offset any carb calories with yesterday and todays 'exercise' ^_^

Sounds like we're all glad the regular week finally came to a close - it seemed like the longest week ever. Lots of stuff on the weekend to do list so hopefully I'll be able to post that I've accomplished a great deal.

I worked my plan yesterday and feel great about it.

B: WW Ham & Cheese Scramble frozen meal (kept me full all morning!!)
s: Activia Yogurt
L: Tuna Salad w/ 8 whole wheat crackers
s: Cajun Trail Mix
D: 1 slice of Thin Crust Veggie Pizza & small side salad
s: BlueBerry Smoothie

Got in nearly 80 oz of water and decaf tea. 20 minutes of walking and some floor stretches before bed.

Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.
