Accountability - Saturday
Live from my couch......it's Saturday Night!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so tired I think everything is funny. It's amazing what a little sunshine and fresh air will do to a person. I got loads of yardwork done today. More than I thought possible actually. Now that dinner is over and the kitchen cleaned up and I've actually sat down on the couch...well I might just sleep here tonight. I've discovered about 20 sets of muscles in my backside that I haven't worked in ages. So I guess I sucessfully gotten in a great day of exercise today. A good soak in a tub full of ho****er is the only thing left on today's agenda.
I planned out my eats this morning and I'm happy to say that I stuck to it.
B: Click Smoothie (used Chocolate Silk with it - OMG!!!)
s: handfull of grapes
L: Egg Salad sandwich on Whole Wheat - cheese stick & part of an apple (shared bout 1/2 the sandwich with my dogs and most of the apple with my goats)
s: SF Jello & 3 girl scout cookies
D: Hot Dog & Dill Pickles (am I the only one who make a hot dog on the bun like a fat girl - eats 2 bites of bun then pulls out the hot dog and leaves the bun??)
s: Fruit Smoothie (after my bath)
Got my vitamins in. Got plenty of water in.

I don't eat hotdogs because of that deal with the bun..I'll eat it like a sausage (generally it is a sausage anyway) with saurkraut and mustard but no bun..
Well, the local Almond Blossom Festival was alot of fun. We actually stopped and watched the parade and it brought back alot of memories for me. This is the 62nd occasion of this festival in a town I consider my home..We moved there in 1974 so...that's a LONG time..Walking, shopping, some housework and not much food = pretty happy day.
Breakfast: 1/4 protein waffle and sugar free pancake syrup
double espresso latte
24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry
24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
24 oz drink mix with no ice, Gatorade G2...darn it! I left the bottle at the parade route.
24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices rye toast without the crust and 1 slice tomato
24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
double espresso latte
Dinner: 4.5 oz chicken thigh (baked) 1/2 cup cooked cabbage, 1/2 cup cooked carrots
1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1109
Fat: 62.9
Carbs: 59.8
Protein: 85.2
Way short. Now I know how to eat alot less! I just skip the second breakfast and drink more water and then I can't eat as much cuz the stomach is temporarilly shrunk..awesome.
Tomorrow we're having a barbeque with friends and we'll be doing the shopping we couldn't do today, too. I also heard that my daughter may be coming for a visit while i'm on vacation...very COOL..I can hardly wait.
