Accountability Thursday
Hope I didn't overstep my bounds by starting today's thread but I figured this would be the last time I had a chance to be on-line tonight. Today has been a pretty good day for me. I've really been mindful of what, when & why I was eating. I planned it all out this morning and with the exception of one unplanned snack - I've stuck to it. Even got in about 20 minutes of walking before the rains came down.
Commute - Coffee w/ FF half and half & splenda
Breakfast - Egg Beaters Omelette w/ LF cheese and salsa
snack - Quaker Rice Cake (carmel corn - these things are GOOD!!)
Lunch - Pinto Beans w/ a dollop of fage yogurt
Snack - LF Activia
Snack - Fun Size Snicker's Bar (Caught myself on this unplanned snack)
Dinner - Chicken Soup & Apple Slices
I've gotten in my vitamins and plenty of water & decaf tea today. I feel amazingly good.

No problem at all...You did great and I totally get feeling good about getting back on track..it does feel good doesn't it? I felt tired today. Not sure why but the weather was glorious...so I put the top down on the convertible during my lunch. I felt like the queen of the road! I can hardly wait for summer so I'll be really warm...I never run the air, I just put the top down and cruise at speeds..Hopefully gas prices will come down or I'll be limited! I did do something I've been dragging my feet at this evening...I filed my income taxes on line.and printed the state one and will mail that in tomorrow..soon we'll have a couple of coins to rub together! Precious little but it's something

let me start by saying i am soooo over working night shift :( seriously considering career change this week !
i have been trying to put in my post for wed accountablitiy but have accidentally erased it 3 xs so i am giving up and moving on to thursdays...
0100 24oz coffee w/1/2&1/2
vitamins/supplements
0200 2slices turkey deli meat
10 soy crisps(sea salt flavor)
0330 1/4 cup wasabi peas
celery sticks + 1/4c natural PB
0500 1/4 cup dark chocolate almonds
0600 8oz H2o
0800 8oz homemade chicken wildrice soup
10 soy crisps (seasalt)
thats it. pititful, i know. i went to bed at 0930am and slept until 945pm. it took everything i had to get out of bed even after sleeping 12 hours. Had to leave for work at 1015pm! needless to say i am lucky my hubby packed my lunch bag for tonight!
