Evening folks....gonna start the thread as I'm getting off the computer early tonight ;-) Also, I know what I'm giving up for Lent: anything NOT protein or veggies! LOL
B Protein chocolate shake w/8oz lite soy with 1/2c peaches
L Slim Fast chocolate shake, 1/2c 2% cottage cheese
D 3oz pork cutlet, 1sm tomato, 4oz Dannon Fit & Lit yogurt
all vitamins and 3c decaf coffee, 3-20oz flavor water
total: 1007 cal 32.9g fat 79.,2g carb 96.3g protein

Wowwee Nancy! I'm impressed. Today was a better day for me. I got a lot of work caught up and finished one 'project' that was hanging over my head. If I am fortunate, tomorrow will see another one pass. I can almost see the light at the end of that tunnel..

9am oat bread, cottage cheese and applesauce
10am protein drink
noon coffee and carrot cake
3pm lettuce salad, 1/2 cup rice and fish
4pm coffee and dried pinapple
5pm chips (you know, I don't really even like 'chips' but I sure get a taste for the salt)
7pm corn flakes, blueberries and milk
today's totals:

protein: 78 grams

Wow. I've been playing scrabble with my husband on facebook and this morning I had the all time high score for a single word! 311 for Proxemic..two triple word scores..now he's out to beat me really bad. LOL...Total score of 561..I think he'll be trying for several months to catch up to that score!

I had a fairly good day. I had a hard time concentrating at work; way too much noise. I need to get some good headphones. Hump day is over; come on Friday!

1300-homemeade chili, cheese, lite sour cream, 1 small jiffy corn muffin
1600-hummus and pepper strips, and a molasses cookie
1730-0%fage and 1/2 c special k
2030-panko tilapia, sweet potato, brocoli
I think I may have a serving of animal crackers and hot tea before bed; maybe not I am pretty full
all my water and such. Spent 65 minutes on the treadmill 3 mile run and 2 miles at 4-4.5 mph walking with an incline from 10-30%.. I got over 100 gms of protein but over 200 of carbs!

Wednesday was my Endoscopy day and it's fitting that my fresh start coincides with Lent. I'm going back to using my tool to the best of my ability - whatever it takes. Plus I'm adding daily exercise back into the plan. I've been SOOOOOOOOOOOOO lazy lately. All I wanted to do was sleep yesterday but that for me was simply a side effect of the meds they used for the endo.
Breakfast - couldn't have it - test at 10
Lunch - Fish Filet (no bun) & side salad & tea from Wendy's
snack - Quaker Rice Cake (carmel) & coffee
dinner - Chicken & Dumplings , deviled eggs & small scoop of baked beans
Dessert - LF Vanilla yogurt
Not a terrible day - I did get my vitamins in but not all of the water that I needed. Today will be a better day!!!!!
