Accountability Friday
Hi everyone. So sorry not to wait for the post to start. I'm just afraid that I will fall asleep and I didn't post yesterday. Tomorrow promises to be frantic.
Yesterday I came up with 1420 calories and 84 grams protein. An improvement over the past few days.
Today my diary shows 1360 calories and 73 grams of protein, but I feel like I have forgotten something. Just can't remember.
I try to write as I eat to avoid this problem. Didn't seem to help much today. Probably tomorrow will be better.

Evening Leila...I'm sure Dawn won't mind you starting the thread..she has stated before that she welcomes others getting it going in case she doesn't get here til later ^_^ And it sure looks like you're being consistent with your numbers..both look great to me! LOL
I posted this morning on the Thursday thread just to keep myself honest. Turned out not to be a bad day after all. Today was busy, with pressure from the boss to get a specific report done for him; kept me busy and not thinking of food. Put off having dinner tonight until after I had my nails done..wrong move! Waited too long and had blood sugar drop..was pretty shakey by the time I got home :-( Feeling much better now that I ate..but I won't wait so long between meals if I can help it.
B Protein drink w/lite soy milk with 1/2c peaches
S 1c 2% cottage cheese
L 4sl deli smoked ham w/2tbsp strawberry cream cheese
S Slim Fast chocolate shake
D 2 Carl Jrs cheese/chicken enchiladas (this actually was a Good choice! LOL)
S 6pc caramel candy
3-8oz decaf coffee; 3-20oz Sobe flavored water...all vitamins in
totals: 1475 cal 60.7g fat 124.6gcarb 107.9g protein
Thank goodness it's the weekend! I can sleep in...yeahhhhhhh ^_^

I am off to bed soon, it has been a long busy day! I was up early for a 0500 spin class, then we ran 1.5 miles followed by some good stretching! Rushed home to pack lunches, shower, make breakfast, drop DD off at school and made it to work by 0900! I then attended my at work Pilates class for an hour. Went out for Mexican with sister and I even had half a margarita- martini like not slushy. Looked in all the shops downtown and then picked up DD from her play rehersal, plus a friend who is staying the night.I ate 2 servings of Girl Scout cookies!

1100-crustless veggie quiche and 1/2 c fage, 10 raspberries, and 1 T ground flax seed
1330-chicken ceasar lite salad and a wheat roll with promise spread
1700, 10 tortilla chips, salsa, 1/2 margarita,1 pork carnita taco,1/4 c refried beans
1800-2 Samosas
2000-rest of pork carnitas and 2 T refried beans
2130-4 Thin mints
all my water and such and plenty of exercise!

Of course I don't mind..actually, it's funny. I could have sworn I did the thread last night. I know I thought about it hard enough and journaled all my food..I know my totals...LOL..seems I thought about it so hard I THOUGHT I did it..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
