Accountability - Saturday
I wore myself out today. We did our shopping and replaced my husband's cell phone that quit working..He has had that same old phone for more than 8 years, I think..so we got him a 4G phone..and all the toys on it are amazing! That caused some drama with his daughter. She actually said what we bought was garbage..how nice for her to put her foot in her father's mouth like that. and rude too. So it started some facebook drama when my daughter told her off over it..
In other news I cleaned the house today like it was a gym membership..vacuuming and shampooing. I mopped and dusted and cleaned..and did four loads of laundry (all area rugs!). Now my back is killing me. I'm back to consuming aspartame because it had NO effect on the rashes that I have..I missed my flavor packets!
My eats for Saturday:
3 cups of coffee, 1 double espresso latte, 3 containers (24 oz each) of water flavor packets
1st breakfast: new waffles! 1/4 serving protein waffles and sugar free syrup
2nd breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and 3 slices tomato
Lunch: left over braised beef stew..about 3 ounces
Snacks: 1 oz chocolate covered pretzels
Dinner: 3 oz braised beef, sandwich thin and a slice of american processed cheese.
totals for the day:
Calories: 1108
Fat: 50.5
Carbs: 62.4
Protein: 108.8
Yikes. I had no idea that the totals were so low..I'll be having another container of water next to the bed tonight too. Tomorrow is another day and we are having a blast with the new phone..isn't technology amazing?

I wish i could clean my house like that; it just never happens! I love a good deep clean. I had a fair to poor eating day. Was at DD school all day helping with the play she was in this afternoon and evening; 2 performances. Tomorrow is another day!
