What do you wear under there? (x-posted)

This is for those of us who aren't quite so tight post weight loss. I'm so happy for people who manage not to get saggy skin. Or who manage it well. THIS is for folks like me. The floppy.

I am having some SERIOUS bra issues.
I'm more or less, and mostly less a 34 c. And the C is really a joke as it's really just skin.
Look. I'm "girlie". I can't wear a teeny tiny tight sports bra all the time. I don't really like them. I have a couple cute ones I can wear if I don't plan on bending over. EVER. While wearing them.
I have two strapless that make me look like a million bucks but hurt so damn bad I have to take pain killers to wear them.

Will someone tell me it there EXISTS a bra for women like me. The saggy. One that will give me a hint of cleavage. Perhaps something that would lend a nice even shape to my sad little sock puppets.

I'm not used to spending money on expensive bras. I was always so big I needed the 94 snap box bras. Cheap, easy, done. I'm WILLING to spend the money, but that bra needs to be worth it.

now? I'm befuddled.

So fellow floppy boobied wonders! Help a gal out! What do you do to manage you breasts? Do you have shops you go to? Do you shop online? IS there a magical bra guru living atop a mountain? Or do you do what I do and generally wear annoying tight little sports bras to reign 'em in , then wear the annoying bras so you can pretend they're "normal"?

Hey, I am there with ya! I went to Victoria's Secret and had them measure me and fit me for a bra. I found one I love that makes the sisters look incredible and is comfortable. I was wearing the wrong size, for one thing. Yes, they are pricey but as my old granny used to say, "Spend 16.00 on a bra and look like a 96 year old or spend 96.00 on a bra and look like a 16 year old! LOL

The Playtex 18 Hour bras work best for me. The other poster is right...cheap bras just don't work. I wear sports bras if I'm just going to be hanging around the house, but they don't make me look nice, so I wear a "real" bra if I'm going out or to church. The Playtex bras have been the most comfortable for me.

I too have the gooey sun dried tomato boobs!  I went to VS and got measured....my skin measures 36 D which is hilarious!  I love the Body by Victoria demi and the BioFit 7-way...that 7 -way bra was worth every penny!  You can wear it strapless or criss crossed or halter...it comes with clear straps too....AND IT IS COMFORTABLE!

I couldn't wear any of the push up styles because if I bent over, my liquid boobs poured right out the top!

Happy shopping!

I as well have this problem. Of all things my daughter drug me to Victoria's Secret. I was measured and spent about an hour and a half trying on every style I could til I found the right one. It was worth it. I now can go buy less expensive (still not the cheap bras) like the playtex and be happy but I keep a couple really nice ones for those occasions when I want to look and feel my best. It makes a huge difference in your confidence.

Same thing here.  I finally found a bra (Plunge by Lane Bryant) that works really well and while my boobs currently look like tube-socks while naked, they are stellar in the bra and clothing.

Good Luck!

I've considered going to V.S. But the look and feel of the place seems to be designed for a younger.. firmer crowd. Are they odd about measuring gals like us?
