5 DPT question

For those of you who have done the 5 dpt did you have the things from the prior day or did you only have that days items? For example on day 4 did you have eggs or did you only have them on day 3?  Thanks ~Kristi

 Can you please outline the 5 day puch test for me or direct me to a site that can provide a breakdown of exactly what to eat while doing it?  I would greatly appreciate it!

You can find all the details at 5daypouchtest.com. I also saw a video about it on YouTube.  Basically it is a 5 day reminder of what your pouch size is and what your body needs to be healthy not necessarily what you want but what you need it was designed to break the carb cycle and/or over eating. It works like this:
Day 1 and 2 are :liquid protein
low carb shakes, broth, cream soups, sf pudding or jello
Day 3 Soft protein
canned fish (tuna or salmon) eggs, fresh soft fish
Day 4 Firm protein
ground meat (turkey, beef, chicken, lamb) shellfish, scallops, lobster, fresh salmon or halibut.
Day 5 Solid protein
white meat poultry, beef steak, pork, lamb, wild game

I was confused also, but I ate eggs on days 3 4 & 5.  Also had a protein shake on day 3.  Another member told me that you are allowed to continue to eat what you eat from the beginning on all the days.
starting weight  225/  lowest weight 129/ goal weight 135

It's my understanding also, that on days 3 & 4 you can eat prior days suggested foods.. That's how I have done it. But I do try to eat the foods as she suggests first-this truly tests the pouch!!
