Accountability - Wednesday
I'm feeling 100% better this morning. The sun is shining and Friday is on the way..happy Wednesday. I even found my St Patrick's Day decorations and decorated my cubicle at work! Not bad. Also planning a pot luck for the 17th..I have a lot of responses on it, looks like it might be a good time. I took some dayquil and that made me even better..
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am double espresso latte (1/2 cup plain soy milk)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Caramel
8:15 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice (Kool Aide sweetened with Splenda)
10:00 am 1 small orange
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice (Kool Aide sweetened with Splenda)
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half
1:15 pm 2 cups turkey noodle soup (this must be why I'm feeling better...)
3:00 pm 1 medium pear raw
3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice (Kool Aide sweetened with Splenda)
4:30 pm 24 oz Herb Tea, Stash Licorice
6:30 pm 1/4 lb lean beef patty, sandwich thin, processed cheese food (yeah, fake cheese), 1T mayo, 3 large french fries

Fat: 55.9
Carbs: 132.98
Protein: 120.8
All in all, quite an awesome day. Not much exercise because of the weather but..maybe tomorrow will be better for that.

Hi Dawn. Happy to hear you're feeling better. I'm doing better also. My speech has cleared up and the seizures have stopped. I am hoping that I get my eating back under control soon. Yesterday, I didn't get a chance to post (went to bed early, and I just don't like to see the post start without your pic on it..) But yesterday, I did 1540 calories (better than the days before) and 77 grams protein.
Today:
8am cottage cheese, applesauce and chips??? (I really miss my pinapple, I'm out..)
9am protien drink
10am coffee and SF treat
11am dried cheeries (no substitute for the pinapple)
noon flatbread and cheese
1pm shrimp and fries (couldn't finish the fries, they were just too much...)
2pm ice cream (this is looking like a day with way too many 'treats')
6pm cheese
7pm SF treat..
today's totals:
calories: 1730 (oh, dear...)
protein: 90 grams
all fluids and vitamins
I need to unload 300 calories. I think if I dump the ice cream and chips, I'ld be there (just a thought).

Glad you are feeling better! I have had another good day; yeah! I needed a good week after feeling a bit out of sorts last week. Early arrival to work before 6:30 had a great day got a lot done and then went to gym with my sister ran a 5 K on the treadmill then did 15 minutes on the recumbant bike.

later probably a skinny cow or more sage and raspberries
so far;

123 grams protein-29%
176 grams of carbs-42%
all my water and such; it has really helped preparing meals and planning menus on Sunday.

Evening Dawn...so glad to hear you are on the upside of the yuckies. Trying to get my hubby to do the dayquil thing but he doesn't like the taste so is sticking with Rubitusin. Just as long as I don't get it...work is starting to gear up to climax with our convention in June...just too much to do..no time to be sick LOL
Leila...really happy to hear you got over those migraines...they are so dibilatating :-( Sizures must be scary. I just get the headache, can't take light, slight nausea, etc. Hang in there..you are doing so great!
Morgansmommy...running 5k PLUS 15min more on the encumbunt...you're my new idol! LOL I'm planning on WALKING the 5k portion of the Bay to Breakers (Oakland to San Francisco across the Bay Bridge) in May.
Anyway, today has been good, busy but that makes staying to routine much easier. ;-)
