Well today was easy.  I had 2 scrambled eggs, protein shake for lunch and shrimp for dinner.  I dont think I was supposed to eat eggs today but just couldnt eat meat for breakfast!  I feel less hungry, probably because the carbs are low.  Tomorrow says poultry or steak, but I cant eat that for breakfast, probably have eggs again :)

I think each day you progress you can eat what you could from the prior day, enjoy your eggs!
