5 dpt- day 2
Well today is a little better. Yesterday was really rough. Had a headache all day and was a little light headed this morning. Yesterday I had 2 protein shakes and 3 cans of cream soups. Cream of chicken, cream of mushroom and broccoli and cheese. I liked the cream of chicken the best. So far today I had 2 protein shakes and a can of tomato soup made with skim milk and now I am having more cream of chicken. I am peeing a lot, so I hope I lose something in the end. Cant wait to have my eggs for breakfast!
way to go........I just finished saturday and started over today. lost 5 lbs. today so far i have only had 2sugar free fat free puddings. and today I feel hungry. the cream of chicken or tomatoe soup sounds real good right now. maybe I'll stop on the way home from work and grab some for tonight and tomorrow. I made the cheese and ham soup yesterday and it taste good but it messed with my sugar for some reason. I hate that to , it was expensive to make . My mother is gona take home with her and add brocoli. which sounds real good. Omgarsh I'm head hungry bad today. cant wait to get home. Good luck with your 5dpt.
