Hello,

Today was a lot easier.  Couldn't sleep last night, guess I was dreaming about my eggs for breakfast- lol.  Today I ate 2 scrambled for breakfast, couldnt finish, which is a good sign because usually I can finish both with a slice of whole wheat bread!  Lunch was a can of tuna with a teaspoon of mayo and dinner was grilled striped bass filet.  I feel more in control of my hunger today.  Unfortunately no change on the scale yet but I think there was too much salt in the cream soups.  I should have gotten all low sodium soups.  Once you make it through the first two days it gets much better :)

Thanks for inspiring me! What kind of cream soups? I look at the lable and they have so many carbs that I think they have to be bad for me.

I just bought the campbells soup.  I mixed with either water or skim milk.  When I read the diet it didnt specify.  Check out 5daypouchtest.com.  Your not eating any food so I dont think the carbs are that terrible for days 1 and 2.  Good luck :)
