Well, see there you did over 100 oz right there..seriously great..and that protein number is awesome..You must have hit at least 35% with that protein so you needed every bit of tha****er. My water totals fall over the weekend anyway but with trying to stay away from aspartame..it's really alot harder than I thought it would be. I thought I was going good with the powdered ice tea (I thought it was unsweetened but turns out it has aspartame in it..darn!)..

Anyway, I am coming down with a cold. My throat is sore and if it's not any better I may have to make it a short day tomorrow..we'll see.

You're doing awesome...keep up the good work. See ya.

Today was a good day. Made an outragiuosly good chocolate cake with homemade chocolate pudding for frosting. I then went wild trying to find places to give it away.. 1/4 cake to my daughter. 1/4 cake to the neighbor. That left 1/2 cake. I had one piece and my husband seems determined to eat up the rest. It was good, but I only want that little bit. Then I want it out of the house. I am just not a very rational person.

I also made Jambalaya. It came out pretty good and is certainly a high protein count. (calories too, but I only ate a cup.)

Today:
8am cottage cheese, applesauce, tiny bit of dried pinapple
9am protein drink and protein bar
10am corn on the cob (leftover)
noon and after.. 2 large cups of decaf coffee
5pm jambalaya
7pm that darn cake..

today's totals:
calories: 1430
protein: 88 grams (wow, another good protein day)

all of my fluids and vitamins

wishing everyone a blessed and peaceful night.

AWESOME..that is a great protein number. I know about having to make things in the kitchen..I discovered sugar free cake mix by pillsbury and that was the end of that. The girls at work don't even know the difference! and it doesn't hurt them a bit.

Still, you did great. No one can keep away from sweets forever so a bit of cake occasionally isn't going to hurt ya. Hopefully you didn't have a low blood sugar in the morning.

Keep up the good work. See ya.
