I almost can't believe that I have made thru 5 days.  I haven't felt this good or in control for months. I am going to start over with day 1 tomorrow. I have more energy , I'm moving more and better. Resting better and breathing better.  I've lost 4 lbs. Had hoped for more but I'll take it. I feel like I'm really getting back to the basics , like I'm retraining my way of thinking and behaving. The head hunger has been my biggest issue for so long followed with a lack of energy. Today I feel good , my efforts are paying off in many ways. I am very encouraged and motivated. yeah
