Tonight will be the coldest night..suppose to get snow tomorrow. I've been a good girl most of the day but stressed too..So much work to do and so little time and resources..yikes. I'm SO glad it's the weekend. If I wanna stay in bed with the covered pulled up over my head all I have to do is ignore my doggies and husband...alot less painful than ignoring my desk at work!

5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
 
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
6:30 am double espresso with soy milk
 
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Passion Fruit Strawberry
 
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
 
8:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mango Mandarin
 
9:40 am 1 medium tangerine
 
10:15 am 1/2 cup apple cobbler (from the competition)..yeah, this was stress eating!
 
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
 
12:00 pm most of a 12 oz decaf with half n half
 
1:00 pm 4 oz chicken thigh (baked without skin) on a salad with three cheese italian dressing
 
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
 
3:40 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

5:15 pm 1 oz NSA Chocolate covered pretzels.
 
6:00 pm 4 oz pork chops, 1/2 cup canned corn, mashed potatoes.

Calories: 1729 (YIKES)
Fat: 79.0
Carbs: 145.4 (OUCH)
Protein: 118.4

Maybe I should hide under the covers tomorrow! LOL..I'll probably have another container of water at bedtime. I'm thinking of quitting the flavor packets for a couple of weeks to see if my rash clears up..I heard someone mention a rash like ecsema and it's worth a try..can I do it? I dunno..

Snowed in for the second day with my husband who does not appear to have much to do except offer me one thing after another to eat. Okay, sometimes he bunches them up and tries to get me to eat two or three things at a time... not really helpful..

Today:
8am paratha, cottage cheese and applesauce
9am dried pinapple and protein drink
noon leftover shrimp stir fry
1pm SF treat
3pm ice cream bar (he left home for milk and came back with ice cream..)
4pm potatoes (he came back with ice cream and potatoes.. and you know from reading my diaries that I really don't need this encouragement..)
4pm (forgot) corn
6pm shrimp and ****tail sauce
7pm protien bar

today's totals
calories: 1635 (actually this is too much for me, in spite of the 'calculator')
protein: 89 grams (now this is actually improving)

all fluids and vitamins

keep warm and stay under the covers for as long as you can...

Evening Dawn..boy, do I hear ya on staying under the covers!  The wind blew so hard yesterday the National Weather Bureau actually confirmd that a tornado touched down in the East part of town.  We did see the sun break thru this afternoon..but it is COLD!

B  Protein drink w/water w/ 1/2c peaches added
L  3oz Tuna w/2tbsp mayo
S  6oz cherry yogurt
D  3oz steak (Texas RoadHouse sirloin..to die for!) w/3broccoli flowettes, 1/2c applesauce

Need to get more fluid in, but so far Venti size starbucks, 20oz flavored water, 8oz decaf coffee.

totals so far: 1046 cal  53.0gfat  57.6g carb

Hopefully,  I stay busy tomorrow inspite of the weather...gotta keep from getting bored ;-)

I only worked one day this week so I am extremely behind at work! I have a hige project to finish and a presentation by Wednesday afternoon. I am teaching all day Tuesday so that leaves Monday to prep for my class and finish my project and presentation; yikes! Sunny today but so cold and icy!
0830-banana
0930-fried egg, rf cheese, bacon on a 100 cal english muffin
1130-teddy grahams
1430-panko tilapia filet, sweet potato, brocoli
1830-salad mele with chicken;greens, apples, nuts, crumbled goat cheese,chicken very light vinagrette and flat bread
2000-kettle corn bag
2200-string cheese and rf wheat thins
most of my water and all my vits. No aerobic exercise but busy all day, shopping at Costco, grocery shopping, and DD wanted to shop at Justice so I indulged her. I get tired of plain water but try to do no more than one serving of splenda/ sugar substitute a day; it aggravates my overactive bladder.
