5 DPT- day 1

Well today is my first day.  On my second protein shake.  Had a can of cream of chicken soup for lunch.  Not feeling hungry, just feel like I have a slight headache and my stomach is doing a lot of rumbling!  Trying to stay busy so I dont keep thinking about food.  Hope this things works!

Today is day 5 for me and I feel real good . lost 4 lbs so far. I am going to start over with day1 tomorrow. I am really feeling so much better and so much more in control and I haven't for so long. I was really worried about being off work for 3 days , that it would be more challenging to stick with it , but I have so much more energy that I've stayed really busy and done very well. I had hoped to drop alot more weight but am just happy to finally be going in the right direction again. Good luck .
