Holy holy there! Look at that protein number..you did amazing with that..I've been taking a bottle of water to bed myself. Seems when it's cold, I get really dry.
I'm ready for the snow. I'm not ready to drive in it. People around here have trouble driving in the rain let alone snow..LOL.
You have a great weekend too! See ya.

It has been snowing since yesterday here which is quite unusual for us! I am hoping it melts by Saturday! Driving home was scary; not because od the snow but the ice. People sliding all over the place!
0900-1/2 banana
1015-cottage cheese, fruit and a packet of high fiber oatmeal(yuck)
1300-1/2 turkey on wheat cup of minestrone( broth only, 8 tater tots
1700-teriyaki chicken, 1/4 c rice, salad and a fortune cookie
1900-kettle corn
2100-skinny cow
all my water and such but no exercise! I am staying home tomorrow; DH is going out of town for work for a few weeks so we are going to go to Costco and out to dinner if the roads shape up.

Costco..that's some major stock shopping there! I sometimes wish I had a freezer so I could by meat by the ton like they have there..I used to be able to buy meat there because we ate huge amounts of it..now, not as much. a pound is a meal now and still has left overs for a couple days for me..
I do buy my soy milk there, by the case..Kirkland is a great brand.
You'll get plenty of exercise when you're home, I'm sure..You did wonderful on your list and foods. lots of protein, plenty of good carbs..I can't do oatmeal either..is it the taste for you? they should make a rule that fiber stuff needs to at least taste okay..
Have a great weekend. See ya.

According to their experts, it's best to aim for losing 1/2 to one pound a week..we're right there with it!
Wow..your protein was higher today..very nice numbers..I bet you hit higher than 30% protein too! I know Kansas is cold and windy..heck, there's nothing there to block the wind at all! We went through there in the 70's during a tornado alert in a motor home..I still remember the wind!
Keep up the good work..see ya..
