I have done creamed soups, but only recipes from Living After Weight Loss(the pumpkin/sausage one is AWESOME!) web site. Organic chix cream soups, broths and my protein shakes. I use coconut or soy (unsweetened) in my protein shakes, as milk has soo many carbs I avoid it during the days.. But if that's all you can handle I would do water in your shakes, or skim for sure.
