Dawn! I had an upset, frustrating day, and I only racked up 1725 calories with 74 grams of protein!!!
You are really having a good influence on me!!!

I am so happy... and so tired that I started the post off without waiting for you... s-o-r-r-y..

And now I am so tired that I'm going to bed early!!

That is quite alright..I was just talking about calorie counts with someone today..Used to be normal for me to have a double bacon cheese burger with a large fries and a large chocolate shake...and then go home and make hamburger helper and eat half the whole box..that lunch would rack up 3500 calories!~ Yikes. so I can totallly relate to 1700 calories being a victory..Good for you!

I thought I sent my eats to myself at home from work but it turns out that I didn't..and I didn't even keep the email either! so while I have my totals and my eats, I don't have the water or when I drank it. I got four containers of water, need one more...got all my vitamins..

I got up early to put together my crockpot apple pie (which was a giant hit today and was yummy to boot!) and I did really good in the competition..I missed it by one single vote..I should have demanded a recount but in the raffle, I won the grand prize: another crock pot! LOL..

Breakfast: coffee, protein waffle, sf pancake syrup

double espresso and soy milk

1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

2 cup chicken noodle soup (this was actually everyone's soup but I liked my own best)_ and apple cobbler (crock pot apple pie! and it was made with splenda and carbquick so the totals were all just the natural carbs of the apples!)

Dinner was a 1/4 burger patty on a sandwich thin with tomato slices, grilled onions, mayo and processed american cheese.

Calories: 1309
Fat; 52.7
Carbs: 104.4
Protein: 112.4

Now, I probably had more of that apple cobbler cuz we got the word today that 32 of my co-workers are getting layed off in July..people who have been with the district for YEARS. there are gonna be a lot of long faces for a while! and fear. Plenty of fear for our own jobs. Scary stuff. but if I can steer clear of the sugar...I can keep from doing too much damage.

Long day here! Took the day off because DD is home this week. Eating was fair and I did get to the gym.
1030-eggs w cheese and bacon, 1 slice protein bread w light butter sf jelly
1345-kettle corn
1430-PBJ on protein bread
1900-100 cal english muffin, hamburger patty, small sweet potato, brocoli
maybe a skinny cow later?
all my water and such, 30 minutes on the eliptical; all the treadmills were full.

Hi all...been awol for a while but trying to get back and grounded

B  protein drink w/lite soy milk
3-10oz cups of decaf coffee
L  2oz cheddar cheese w/3oz deli turkey ham
20oz flavored water
2oz peanuts
D  3oz pork loin, 1/2c asparagus, 1tbs mayo, 1/4c potato w/1tbs gravy
S 4 SF shortbread cookies

Totals:  1301 cals  76.9g fat  50.6g carb  104.4g protein
think this qualifies as a good day '-)

ok i am back after my stoma bruising incident--and back on track today (for the most part ;) i didnt journal all my cals/prot--will be more vigilent 2morrow, i promise)
*slept in due to working night shift wed nite)

1000am Sobe Lifewater Fuji-Apple Pear 0cal 10 oz
1 chobani champions greek yogart-8 gr prot

1130am grilled cheese on whole gr bread with tomato (2 slices bread/2 slices muenster cheese 1/2 roma tomato) tot prot 18g
1145-20 oz coffee with non-dairy creamer

1430- 2 homemade chicken eggrolls (baked--1/2c chicken total-so at least 28gr prot)

1600-20 oz coffee with non-dairy creamer
3 trefoils GS c**kies (omg they have 160 cal/ 7 grams of sugar for 5 cookies--i couldnt resist)

1830-3 oz meatloaf (est 20gr prot)
1/4c corn
1/2 c salad (romaine, tom, cuc)  w/ 1tbsp italian dressing
small dinner roll
