I am so happy to see this board! I am 3 years post op from RNY.  I have a 9 month old and am still holding on strong to 20 lbs of baby weight, not to mention the other 20 lbs I wanted to lose as a personal goal before baby. I can also eat more, also making poor choices and not as active. I am joining a health club today and starting back on PURE protein shakes. I am curious to the ones on here who have joined WW. How is it working with you when you may not be able to eat the portions ? I was thinking of joining, just scared of failing. Also, for those over 2 years post op, what is your daily caloric intake ?

Since 2/12/08. I have went from 364 to 210. Thank You RNY!
No More PCOS, had my first baby 04.24.10!

My Life is wonderfully full because of my tool! (RNY)

I've not done WW since surgery--it never worked for me pre-surgery due to the amount of food I had to eat....I didn't lose on it.

Congrats on you weight loss and the baby!  That baby weight will come off--don't worry!

You should be able to eat more now--you are 3 years out!  I am almost 2 years and I eat an average of 1,500 calories per day--some days as much as 2,000.  I work out 5x a week.

I don't recommend going back on shakes....you will probably stay full on real food--also, eating 6 meals a day really works well for me.

I wish you the best!
