This was decidedly a better day..Very nice. I'm ready for the week but it's gonna be a crazy one. Tomorrow is a birthday lunch, chinese food..Not sure at all what I'm gonna pick to eat. I will be bringing some left over turkey noodle soup just in case the lunch isn't what I can eat..I can at least visit..

My eats for today:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 2 slices tomato, 2 slices rye toast without the crusts

Of course coffee..about 3 cups

Of course a double espresso, with soy milk

Snack/Lunch: 3.5 oz imitation crab meat with 1 T ****tail sauce

another double espresso, with soy milk

24 oz container of water, just realized I missed my vitamins AGAIN!

Dinner: 8 oz (yes, 8 oz) baked chicken with 1/4 cup spaghetti cooked..and a smidgen of sauce..not enough to even count

Nothing more but maybe some tea..I just got off the phone with my step daughter. She'll be fine..

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1275
Fat: 66.8
Carbs: 81.5
Protein: 95.4

Not bad all things considered..

breakfast- half burrito with egg, cheese, tortilla (daughters left over food)
lunch- can tuna with mustard/dill seed
snack- 1/4 lunchable with cheese, processed meat, crackers.(daughters left over food)
dinner= 1 cup lasagna with spinach/carrot salad
late night snack- cottage cheese with green chili
late night snack- 1 slice white bread with cheddar cheese and turkey.

got enough liquid in - water, soda, coffee. took my vitamins- always been pretty good at that.
what program do you use to calculate totals for the day?

B-2 Turkey bacon & Egg Beaters cups, green smoothie
L-Chicken soup, salad
S-6 Triscuits w/cheese
D-Mac & cheese, salad, 1/2 biscuit

60 oz of water, 2 cups of green tea and vitamins done.
