Back to the boards! (x-post)
Hi all,
I'm coming back to the OH boards after a long time away. I had RNY in 2008 with Janey Pratt at MGH. Coming up on the 3 year anniversary mark now, and starting to feel myself bending the rules more often than I'd like to admit... I got on the scale to find out that I'm a full 5lbs heavier than I thought. I know 5lbs is a drop in the bucket compared to where I've been, but I don't want to find my weight steadily creeping upward. That's what got me here in the first place!
So long story short - I'm back and can't wait to join in on the discussions and get myself back on track.

Jessica,
I am right there with you. I have avoided the boards to see if I could do it myself and gained 5 to 6 pounds. I am 2 years and 4 months out. I realize that is not alot of weight but I see myself heading in the same direction that got me there to begin with. I am scared but have worked really hard today. I have been charting my food today and am realizing that I have been consuming WAY to many calories. I have consumed just around 1325 today. Good Luck to you.

I think I might give the 5DPT a try too - I just did a lot of googling and it seems worth a shot. I've gained back 5 but I never really made it to my personal goal... to be honest I'd like to lose 25-30. I'm really, really tired of the BMI chart still listing me as "moderately overweight" after all this work!
