Well, the week is nearly over. THANK GOD...
My eats:
5:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am double espresso with 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry
8:00 am 12 oz herb tea, cocoa chai
8:45 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 12 oz drink mix with ice, wyler's peach tea
10:30 am 1 medium orange
11:00 am 12 oz drink mix with ice, wyler's peach tea
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half
1:00 pm 2 cups turkey noodle soup home made
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated
3:20 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:30 pm 4 oz tilapia, 4 oz baked yams
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1190
Fat: 38.9
Carbs: 95.8
Protein: 122.2
Nothing beats tilapia for protein vs LOW calories..even if you fry it, I have to think..fitday doesn't have the stats on frying it..and I don't really care much. It's the way I like it and that's just that.

I know what you mean..some days I'm way too tired to even care. I work at a computer all day so I send myself emails all day and can jot down thoughts in that email...the days that I'm too busy, I just have nothing to say (apparently) and when I get home, I'm too tired to talk too..

hi dawn and all,
well something weird happened to me when i was eating dinner last night. i couldnt finish my bread, spinach and rice. i was so stuffed. if my pouch was stretched would it be shrinking now since i am eating smaller ????? i did finish my supper finally. my bf said i needed more carbs so he said to get the slice of bread. what do u all think?
here are my foods for thursday....
B- 8 0z.the skinny cow- chocolate truffle 11 pro.
B- oatmeal cottage cheese pancake..
L- 4 oz. corned beef
1 1/2 oz. potato
1/2 c. carrots
D- 2 3/4 oz. hamburger
1 slice american cheese
1 delived egg
1/4 c. spinach
1/4 c. lipton spanish rice
1 slice wheat bread with butter
5 c. coffee
48 oz. water
16 oz diet pepsi
16 oz. diet pepsi

If you were losing too much weight, I'd grab a piece of bread but my feeling on bread is that it's nothing more than the filler (like the styrofoam) that is packed around the stuff we really want...who eats the styrofoam? LOL.
You have to decide if you're gonna listen to the signals if you're full or not..You do shrink your pouch if you eat small little meals throughout the day so it's a given that if you eat big meals, your pouch will get bigger..
