The weather changed so my elbow started hurting..so I took a pain pill so I'm loopy.I better head to bed..

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1/3 cup sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso with 1/2 cup frothed soy milk (plain)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Passion Fruit Strawberry
9:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix with Ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
11:15 am 1 medium plum
12:00 pm 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
1:00 pm 2 cups homemade turkey noodle soup
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with Ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Wylers Peach Tea
6:00 pm 4.5 oz steak, 1/4 of a small baked potato with 1/2 tablespoon margarine, 1/2 cup cole slaw
6:30 pm a small piece of sugar free chocolate cream pie..
Totals for the day:

Fat: 76.6
Carbs: 117.4
Protein: 131.3
Still got enough protein..The pie tonight was 37 carbs..wow..that sure put a dent on my totals for that..and it wasn't a good carb.

Hi Dawn! I miss you. I haven't been on again for two days.. This pace has really got to stop. I can't take it much longer. I guess this move is just harder than I imagined.
I did work over to the management office today and met a couple of ladies who live here in our development who meet to 'exercise' a couple of times a week. It doesn't look like they do much, but let's face it. I don't do much....(exercise, that is...) Yesterday, I drove a 15 foot rental truck around Kansas City as we picked up our craig's list treasures...words just don't explain what that took out of me..okay, that's enough.
today:
9am english muffin with cream cheese (I really need to find time to go the grocery store, not craig's listing..)
10am protein drink and pinapple
11am pizza (made on flatbread)
noon chocolate (as you can see, I was already out of my head..)
1pm decaf coffee
3pm protein bar
4pm soy chips
7pm spagehetti (I just couldn't think of anything else to make FAST....)
today's totals:
calories: 1680
protein: 65 grams
most fluid and all vitamins
hope to see everyone online tomorrow.

Is it Friday yet? Work is so stinking busy; every body wants their educationproject done right now and of course it is more important than everyone elses!

a skinny cow later probabaly
skipped the gym to come home and check on DD, came home with a fever and headache . She is already still on antibiotics for an ear infection and strep throat. She slept a few hours, had a light dinner and feels better but is still all flushed and dark circles under her eyes. We are going to bed early too!

16 wheat crackers
Snack - 6 oz. cherries jubilee yogurt
D- 1/2 steak fajita wrap
1 sweet and sour chicken wing
1 piece of celery
snack before bed- 1 blue berry muffin
1 oz. sharp cheese
5 c. coffee
48 oz water
1 c. hot tea
16 oz. diet pepsi
