Hello Everyone!

I too am back after not being on these boards for about 2 years now.  In those two years my WL Surgeon has retired...I did find another Dr with a Dietician on his staff.  From reading many posts I see that a lot of us have just about gained around the same amount of pounds back.  I am up 15 lbs from my lowest Post Op weight.  These are the 15 lbs I want to get off of me by the time my daughter's wedding comes around February of 2012.  I still have image issues.  When I look in the mirror I do NOT see the weight loss but rather see myself as the same person I was at 285 lbs.  I came to the conclusion that I will probobly never see myself as thin"er" ......I am really going to put my mind to this weight loss goal and follow what my new Dr has told me----1 gallon of water per day, protein only (recommended for me) and NO eating in between meals.  I wish all of us LUCK and I AM SOOOO HAPPY TO BE BACK HOME WHERE I BELONG!  FAMILY!!!
