pentermine after rny anyone done this b4????

just curious if anyone years after surgery (rny) has chosen to take phentermine?

Please do not take any diet drug. I took phenphen/redux years ago & ended up with aortic regurgitation. All the diet drugs have severe side effects. I was assured as were many that they were safe. I among thousands went thru a class action suit against the drug company & only recieved a small amount of money & had to sign a release form (didn't want to sign it, but in order to pay lawyer, the lawyers pushed for signing)
Well now I'm being worked up for Congestive heart failure. They think the aortic valve is leaking more.
So again please do not take this drug.

have you ever taken the phentermine alone brand name is adipex?

i have taken pehentermine in the past, and had lost over 110 lbs with it. and as i see people gain weight after the rny  i was wondering if anyone had taken the drug phentermine to boost weight loss again. It was said that the combo. of the phenphen/redux caused the heart problems (which i am sure you know more about than i)so they offer the phentermine alone .

I took phentermine years ago marketed in Canada as Ionamin. It worked great for a while and then my body got used to it and even though my dosage was upped, I still put back on the weight. I would not sugggest it. To me it was just another fad diet, a quick fix for a short time.
