Accountability - Tuesday
ANOTHER bad day! Rats! I stayed home from work so sort of rest up and possibly (if I felt better) go to that funeral for my friend's husband but then my step daughter called. Her mother is not going to recover (something we already suspected) but the doctor said keeping her breathing for another week or more is going to be cruel..She's dying and they can do nothing but pull the plug..so the younger step daughter ended up going home, her friend let her down in that respect. She's desperately trying to get back up there for when they have to let their mother go..she's hysterical..I'm so helpless! and not feeling well. No funeral for me..turkey noodle soup and facebook..in my jammies.
My eats for the day:
Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
double espresso with frothed soy milk..
1 oz cheddar cheese
24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Caramel Truffle
Lunch: 1 cups home made turkey noodle soup
24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach (with some caffeine! My new afternoon caffeine fix!)
yes, some snacks today involved sugar free peanut clusters..I might even have eaten ALL of them..darn it..that's what stress and boredom will do for ya..

Snack: 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
dinner: 3 2/3 oz polish sausage and 1/2 cup mashed potatoes..Not really happy with this dinner but it's what dear hubby made and I ate it. So it would be my fault that it's sitting in my stomach like a lump.

The way my stomach feels after the polish sausage is not good. I know there is more fat than that in what I ate! bleh..I may have another herb tea before bed..if I can put anything else in this pouch after that..

You are dealing with alot and not feeling well. I hope the medical staff for your stepdaughters mother have a support system in place for the daughters. Our hospital has a great one, they support the family ay whatever level they want.

1000-apple
1200-string cheese and a PBJ on wheat
1430-1/2 roast beef panini
1645-1/2 roast beef panini
1930-minced ham in scrambled eggs w cheese, salsa, lc toast w light butter and sf jelly
The panin is pretty small for the whole thing it is 460 calories. It is the lowest calorie and fat sandwich at our hospitals cafe.

so sorry your still not feeling well. turkey noodle soup and facebook sounds good.. i am on facebook mostly all day.. next time i am not eating a cup of spinach... the bathroom is my friend this morning.. sorry maybe tmi...glad i got up early... anita
