Accountability - Monday
Is it Monday or Tuesday? I'm foggy today. Still feeling sort of blah but..have to go to work. Remind me why again? LOL The sun is shining and it's a beautiful day. I finally got my dear hubby to play scrabble with me on facebook and I'm beating him...not soundly but since my son is helping him..I will take whatever win I can get! LOL. Right now it's 310 to 280..we'll see how it ends up.
5:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 large green apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (1 whole serving is 1/4 cup...too much for me!)
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am double espresso with 1/2 cup frothed plain soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:05 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
11:00 am 4.5 oz meat patty made from turkey and pork sausage (left over from last night!), 1 sliced processed american cheese and 1 cup cooked cabbage, 1 T italian dressing
12:30 pm 1 medium plum
1:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
2:15 pm 1 hardboiled egg
2:50 pm 12 oz Drink Mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

I feel better sticking to my usual routine when stress is mounting; I like some resembelence of control in my life and as we all know too much stress makes us feel out of control at times.
0800-scrambled eggs w salsa and 1 veggie sausage patty
1000-3 little Dove Valentine candies
1200-grilled mahi mahi tacos and beans
1400-Valentine Chocolate cupcake
1600-rf string cheese, reduced fat wheat thins
1830-swiss steak with tomatoes done in the crockpot and brocoli
2030-skinny cow with a generous squirt of whip cream
all my water and such, no exercise. Not much sleep last night so I think I will make a cup of tea and get to bed! Helped with the Valentine party and it was fun; the kids had a good time. I am glad I was there and not some other mom watching my daughter enjoy herself at the party. I do not know what I was complaining about yesterday!

I was MIA over the weekend...spent most of the weekend shopping and hanging out with my hubby... i would rather not re-live any of my bad food choices, lets just say it wasnt pretty and leave it at that. (i will say its much easier to keep on track and be accountable when i am working and have a semi-structured day)
Today was rough, my daughter (age 12) has been ill for the past week, and is at her Dad's . After her step-mom took her to the Dr this am, she fainted in the pharmacy...nothing like that has ever happened to her and i have been in mommy-freak-out-mode ever since. Luckily she is fine * dehydration+low blood sugar = low bp= fainting... fluids+food=better=relieved mommy.
