What a day! A dear friend lost her husband yesterday. I started working on our taxes today and it doesn't look good at all. Not a good day at all. Another friend is separated from her husband and he's not cooperating at all...sigh..just not a good day at all.

So, because of that...all of that. I didn't eat lunch. I just made up for it by having a slice of sugar free chocolate cream pie..counted it like full sugar one.

Here's the damages:

Breakfast: normal protein waffles, apple, sugar free syrup..

double espresso

2nd Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 4 slices tomato

No lunch..

part of a wine cooler..yeah, I needed it.

Dinner: a burger patty, spare ribs, salad greens and vinegar and oil dressing.

just now: a slice of sugar free pie.

I didn't include the half of wine cooler in the totals:

Calories: 1446
Fat: 76.6
Carbs: 90.7
Protein: 106.6

I'm glad today is over. I'm probably gonna have a nice cup of tea and hit the sheets. At work tomorrow..maybe it will be a better day.

You did have a rough day, hope you slept well. At church today the message was about friends and why we need them. We hit the ground running today, cleaning, then to church, home for a quick lunch and then off to the Y for a run for me and DH and a swim for DD and a friend. Hit target on the way home for Valentines and supplies for her class party. I wish some of those moms who do not work outside of the home would help a bit with these parties; 3 out of 33 kids moms called and offered to send snacks at least. I am glad to be able to go, since she enters middle school next year this will be the last Valentines party. I am working until 0100 at my second job and have to be at my regular job at 7; I will sleep fast!
0900-fried egg, slice ham, rf cheese on a bagel thin
1130-2 cookies; small lemom sandwich omes
1330-low carb vanila yogurt w 1/2 C Kashi Go lean Crunch
1600-3 cheese sandwich crackers after my run
1800-swiss steak from the crock pot, 1/4 c brown rice and steamed brocoli
2100-1/2 slice bread w smear of mayo and a few ounces of pulled pork, and an apple
All my water, short 3.5 mile run and all my vitamins and such. This week will fly by!

Isn't it amazing the way parents don't volunteer? It just floors me. I've had it up to here with the whole problem of parents who get a paycheck because they managed to get pregnant..That was part of the problem for me this weekend...

Evening Dawn
So sorry to hear your day was a rocky one. Seems this is the time of year the doledrum****s everybody. Been fighting my own demons the past couple of days..and afraid I've been losing horribly :-(  My next to youngest son has been in the center of my thoughts and I get caught up in his situation and I know better since I don't have any influence over him anymore (he's 27) but sometimes it just gets the better of me and I get horrible anxiety attacks. And it doesn't help that hubby and I had a huge disagreement over it all. I either eat incorrect foods  or don't eat at all.  No fun see-saw.

Anyway today is one of the not much eaten...tomorrow will be better as work always grounds me...at least my routine returns.

B  2sl sour dough bread w/1tbsp PB on each
S   6oz lite banana cream pie yogurt
s  1/2**** cream cone-chocolate
D  1oz ham, 1/4c yams, 1/c boiled potato w/1tbsp gravy
S  6oz vanilla yogurt, 2 piece SF caramel candy

No idea totals but I'm sure not good. Need to get more water in before bedtime and make it a priority tomorrow.
More important...I'm back being accountable...now that's a good thing ;-)

I can totally feel your pain on the son..I have one that is 40 and one that is 35..talk about feeling helpless! I'm so glad it's Monday now cuz I will get more water..I always do when I'm at work..

Your list is so short, even with hardly any protein..you still did good..Keep up the good work..See ya.

 hi dawn and all,
i think my day was bad with food. it seems like i dont eat and drink like i should when my boyfriend is home for the weekends. look at sat and sundays foods. 

here is my foods for sunday.

b- 2 string cheese
1 slice split top wheat bread with butter

beef jerky

4 round crackers with that canned  kraft cheese- bf was eating them.


d- 1 hot dog
1 hot dog roll
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. fruit ****tail


16 oz. water
4 c. coffee
16 oz. ice tea

My weekend schedule sucks when I have it off too...Probably cuz I have less resolve when my dear hubby is around too...Water is a problem for me..I'm glad to get back to work because of it..

I am thinking of you all with your problems this weekend. Then I'm thinking about my weekend. And I'm again glad to have you all to talk to. I am too tired to go over the events of my weekend, just glad that I survived it.

Today (yesterday actually)
8am bread and cheese
9am protein drink
11am beans and soy chips
noon chocolate
1pm protein bar
3pm decaf coffee
5pm decaf coffee
6pm salmon, instant potatoes and corn
9pm chocolate (this probably tells you how the day was)

totals:
calories: 1580
protein: 98 grams (wow, that's really good for me!)

all fluids and vitamins

hoping everyone has a good day.

I was having problems getting motivated myself..It's the mid winter blahs and depression is really bad this time of year..We need to work around it.
