Accountability - Saturday
I wasn't going to do much today but after an espresso and breakfast...couldn't sit still. So I vacuumed and cleaned up the kitchen..I made my protein waffles for the week..I made peanut butter and then a batch of toasted marshmallow..both flavors are from Torani sugar free syrup..with chocolate protein powder.
Then dear hubby and I drove to the top of the hill to the sound of here and walked around to take pictures of our valley with the new windmills less than two miles north of us..Beautiful day, clear and warm.
My eats for the day:
Breakfast: 1/4 protein waffles, sf pancake syrup and a cup of blueberries
2 cups of coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
Snack: 1 oz cheddar cheese
double espresso 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed
Lunch: 3 oz chicken thigh that was baked, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup canned peas..and a cup of home made cole slaw

24 oz drink mix with ice
24 oz drink mix with ice
1.9 oz japanese style peanuts wow...281 calories! ouch..
12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
Snack: no sugar added chocolate covered pretzels (1 ounce, I weighed it!)
Dinner: 1/4 lb extra lean ground beef, 1 sandwich thin, 1 pc processed american cheese (imitation) and mayo
Not sure if I'll have a snack after but with another herb tea..I think not.
Calories: 1774
Fat: 85.4
Carbs: 161.2
Protein: 108.2
The carb number is high and too high for the protein number...the calories are high too but..I probably could have done apples or oranges rather than the pretzels or the peanuts.

protein: 60 grams
all fluid and vitamins.
Please God help me to get organized. I go to sleep and dream of all the things waiting to be done..
