Accountability - Friday
The day off was confusing cuz I kept thinking it was Saturday. I skipped my protein waffle this morning cuz we left earlier than normal for our shopping. I'm feeling better this evening. Maybe I'm just sick of work...yeah!
My eats for Friday:
Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss, while I cleaned the house
double espresso with 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed
Actual Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 2 slices tomato, 2 slices rye toast without the crust
24 oz drink mix, hawaiian punch orange
Lunch: 4 oz chicken thigh and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce with extra lean ground beef
Snack: 1.9 oz japanese style peanuts (made me alittle nauseous, I think they have some sugar in them or I ate them too fast...whichever - it lasted about a half hour and I was better)
24 oz drink mix, Crystal Light Energy (this is new and has caffeine)..wow! I love this..

double espresso with 1/2 cup soy milk and sf caramel syrup
Dinner: 3.5 oz T-Bone steak (my sweety always gives me the best part) and 1 cup cooked shredded cabbage (cooked in a quart of water with onion flakes and some tomato chicken boullion-yummy)
Snacking throughout the day: about an ounce (four or five) small pretzels covered with sugar free chocolate..

Skinny cow or string cheese and rf wheat thins later
all my water and such, no exercise! I did not have the heart to leave DD after going to work while she was home sick(my nephew was with her). I am running in the morning though.
Glad the weekend is here! Next week is really busy at work, so I better prep this weekend with meals and laundry.

2pm protein bar and chocolate (I wish I could put chocolate into a much smaller font...)
5pm bean burrito
6pm peanuts and chips (chips wouldn't go into a smaller font either..)
8am tea (made with milk)
today's totals:
calories: 1605 (if you can't put chocolate and chips in a smaller font, then I guess there's no reason to think you'll be typing anything smaller than 1600...
protein: 69 grams (not much for all those calories, there's just sooo little protein in a chip.)

You did good. LOL...Don't we all want to put the chocolate in smaller font but bigger font for taste..Love the taste but hate the numbers it causes..and me with that ounce of chocolate covered pretzels..That's five little pretzels! yikes.

i had a great day. did 25 situps on the bed and used my hand weights. every little bit counts...
