Hi....I use FitDay.com to record my food...it's free and it totals all the important numbers. Just a suggestion if you want to know calories, carbs and fats. It also does a lot more, creats reports, tracks activity...tab for journaling..etc. website is: www.fitday.com

Great start..and good choices for a starter..I love strawberries! I just found blueberries on sale and froze the whole container (18 oz). I can toss some of those into something like a bowl of cottage cheese with splenda..wow, making myself hungry and I just ATE!
