Accountability Tuesday
Well, I have just finished dinner (early for me)so decided to start the thread..maybe it will help to keep me from snacking later on...if I have to 'edit' what I write LOL Today has been good, in spite of vending off a headache which kept me home from work.
9:30am B 5sl Jenni-O turkey bacon
1pm L 4pc Hormel deli turkey ham w/1 tsp strawberry cream cheese
5pm D 3oz pork chop, 1/4c squash, 1/c potato w/2tbl spoon gravy
8pm planned snack Slim Fast Chocolate shake
Between meals I've been drinking Sobe Flavored water..up to 3rd bottle=60oz and 2 8oz cups of decaf coffee between breakfast and lunch.
Totals (so far) 731 cal 37.4g fat 22.9g carb 71.3g protein

Not enough water missed half my vits and no exercise! I was teaching all day and had to leave so early I could not get to the gym before work and had to get home to DD after. DD wanted to make cookies for our new neighbors, just finished those; I will get all those evil cookies out of the house tonight! Long day, left before 6 and just home a bit ago! I am going to try and do yoga or pilates from our Comcast exercise on demand before bed; (I feel really tight everywhere)
and then a soak in the tub; I found some lavenar epsom salts at the dollar store!

Now that's a great suggestion! To walk or work out while dinner is cooking. I could do that..Last night while dinner was cooking I was pacing in the kitchen..watching that stinkin pot. Dear Hubby makes dinner, bless his heart, cuz he is retired...but I don't like steamed or boiled fish and that's what we were having...gag...so I was picking on the food...not him, cuz what woman complains when dear hubby makes dinner? NO not ME! I poured some liquid out...took the lid off, poured alittle more liquid off...stired it alittle...poured the last of the liquid off and tossed a pad of butter in there..sheesh..I might have done better walking around the block with the dogs!
I love making cookies so that I can give them away..Yoga is what I probably need more than anything..yoga helps with balance and toning..I need that!

hi all,
well i got my exercise yesterday. i shoveled snow my walkway and drive way and then did the 2 neirbhors drive way and one walk way. they are probey wondering who did it. mainly i did it for exercise. back hurt some and my arms but it was good cardio.
here are my foods for tues.
B- 6 oz. light and fit peach yogurt
L- 2 oz. cubed pork
1/2 c. cottage cheese

D- 3 oz. chicken breast. bf ate my skin

I'm dealing with stressful issues, so please forgive me if I'm late or missing answering posts..My husband's ex-wife and the mother of my step daughters is gravely ill and probably dying..It's a hard time for all of us.

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry
8:15 am 1 oz jack cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:30 am 24 zo Drink Mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half
12:45 pm 1 cup cooked cabbage, spaghetti sauce with extra lean ground beef
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Orange Caffeinated
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
6:00 pm 3.75 oz tilapia, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 2/3 cup mixed vegetables
7:30 pm 1/2 a single serving of microwave popcorn...too salty!
Totals for the day:
Calories: I think 1500 something
Fat: 55 something
Carbs: 108 something
Protein: 115 something.
All respectible numbers but I was so worried about that salty popcorn and I dropped a pound Wednesday morning..yup, stress..and I thought I was handling it well. Goes to show none of us handle it well..we just handle it or don't.

.I'm so sorry I'm late and haven't been around much. I'm dealing with my step daughter's grief and issues with her sister. My husband was married to their mother for 19 years so her condition is hitting deep all around me. She was also a friend of mine..besides, it's sad to hear anyone suffering the way she is..

ok this is my first accountability post, and i dont have cals/protein figured but i have to start doing this so here goes...
B: 1 egg scrambled with 1/4c cheese, gr and red peppers, onion, hot sauce
S: 10 cool ranch doritos :(
L: 6 oz Click made with 1 scoop pwder and 4 oz skim milk + 2 oz water--drank 2/3; 1/2 cup blueberries+ 1/2 cup strawberries tossed in splenda with squirt of sf/ff rediwhip; 1/4 grapenuts sprinkled on top
S: 1 cup peanut flips; 1/2 slice provolone cheese
D: 1 spring roll; 1/2cup shrimp/veggie lo mein (ate 2/3) 2oz chicken in brown sauce
S: 20 oz H20 with slimquick drink packet
additional fluids: 8 oz green tea;no sweetener
I DEFINITELY need to be drinking more.
no excercise :(
