Accountability - Thursday
hi dawn and all,
here is my foods for thursday. i moved the living room around so got exercise.
B- oatmeal cottage cheese pancake
L- 1 can tuna
1 T. mayo
1 hotdog roll
D- 4 oz. pork chop
1/2 c. carrots
1/4 c. rice
snack 1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. 2 % milk
32 oz water
5 c. coffee
4 c. cold tea with ice
1 c. hot tea

VERY good..and great exercise..moving furniture for exercise is one of my favorites..
Plenty of fluids and plenty of good carbs..so what about the hotdog roll! Pre surgery, I'd have three hot dogs with buns and chili on each one! Very awesome..
