ACCOUNTABILITY WEDNESDAY-HUMP DAY
The day started off so well! I was up and at the gym running by 0530. It went down hill from there!
0900-egg, cheese, bacon, half an english muffin
1030- 3 pices sf candy
1230- spaghetti pie and brocoli
1430-string cheese and baked lays
1600-3 oreos
1800-hamburger patty w rf cheese on bagel thin
I am craving a bowl of Kashi Go lean and soy milk so that will probably be my before bed snack.
Still need my calcium but otherwise all my water and such. I am so tired; again! I am going to be in bed by 9!

Happy Ground Hogs Day! Our resident ground squirrel, Bob, came out and felt a breeze so we're into spring now..His East Coast Cousin, Phil, concurrs!
All in all not a bad day. Minor stress from some conversations with irritant #1(who shall remain nameless!) but that's alright. I'm getting better at compartmentalizing that stuff and letting it go without trying to have the last word..Some people just feel threatened when all I'm doing is supporting them..I learned long ago that it's not really a problem that I have but a problem they have..deep breathe..and my arm seems to be doing okay. The pain medication isn't making me so loopy that I can't drive. I managed to drive to Starbucks for lunch. I think the only thing it causes now is my being easily distracted..It sort of helps with irritant #1..LOL.
My eats for Wednesday:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 large green apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso with 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed
7:00 am 24 oz Herb Tea, Lipton Passion Fruit Strawberry
8:45 am 1 oz jack cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:20 am 24 oz Drink Mix with Ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Wyler's Lemonade
12:00 am 12 oz decaf with half n half
12:50 pm sandwich thin with 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 medium cucumber and 1/2 oz ranch dressing
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Morning Spark grapefruit caffeinated
2:50 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1/4 medium grapefruit
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 3.5 oz t-bone steak, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes from dry made with fat and milk, 1/2 cup canned peas
Dessert: probably a 1/2 cup serving of NSA Vanilla ice cream and 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts
Calories: 1341
Fat: 56.9
Carbs: 123.7
Protein: 100.2

well today is a week i weighted my self. today i am 160.2 the scale is moving slowly.
B- cho protein shake with 1 c. 2 % milk + 1/2 c. coffee
4 slices of turkey bacon
L- 2 c. homemade chicken noodle soup
D- half hot dog
half hot dog roll
1/2 c. homemade potato salad
1 string cheese
s- 3 c. popcorn
S- few tablespoons milk cho chips... bad bad.. second day in a roll
i always snack at night never during the day...
5 c. coffee
2 c. cold tea with ice
32 oz water

My snacking is at night also..That's part of the reason I'm having water so late..it helps at least a little..You did good for the day anyway..Keep up the good work See ya.

Today went pretty good for me, but I have to admit that I was so grateful to see that I'm not the only one to give in to sugar. I think about it all day long, it seems.. Mostly, I give in to it and just try to be careful not to eat alot or let my calories get out of control. This stategy could be inherently flawed, but it's where I'm at for now. I am a bit jealous of your exercise. I have noticed that there was 'exercise' listed on the monthy newletter that I got from my new community. Perhaps this will turn out to be a good opportunity for me.
I'm hoping that Dawn is okay, too.
Today:

9am protein drink and dried pinapple
10am decaf coffee
11am custard and then a SF treat
noon bean burrito

2pm custard
4pm lentil soup and a mint

protein: 83 grams
lots of fluids and all vitamins

I'm doing alright..The arm hurts alittle but I'm thinking the pain pills are giving me headaches when the drugs wear off so I'm trying to go without them today. It's not helping the headache so I 'm thinking it must be the weather. it was below 20 today so that could definitely be it. I just can't get warm!

Monica! Awesome start..Your calories are low LOW and protein HIGH...I hope you're getting LOTS of water for that..
