Accountability - Sunday
Juggling around money today since I needed to pay a trash bill that got over looked..I was afraid of the cost of the prescription on my pain meds and afraid of how they would effect me..but I needent worry about the cost. Apparently with my medical benefits and walmarts prescription deals, the cost was all of $4..Not a problem. I took the pill at 2:30 today and was fine so long as I stayed on the couch..moving around quickly caused alittle dizziness. I think to be safe, I'll take one pill at night and skip the one in the morning..
Breakfast (slept in!) 1/4 waffles, no apple, sf pancake syrup. (I made some more for the next week, flavored raspberry and toasted marshmallow with DaVinci sf syrups)
double espresso with soy milk frothed
24 oz drink mix no ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
2nd Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 5 slices tomato...this mini breakfast is really growing on me..

Lunch: 1/2 beef tamale (4 oz), 1/3 cup spaghetti sauce and a slice of processed cheese food
double espresso with soy milk frothed..several cups of coffee
Dinner: a baked chicken breast sandwich on a sandwich thin and a slice of that processedc cheese food (you know, that stuff that isn't real cheese but is yellow and melts like cheese). .
Dessert: 1/2 apple, 1/2 oz raisins, 1/4 cup whipped topping..microwaved with splenda blend..this was really good.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1466
Fat: 71.6
Carbs: 115.9
Protein: 102.9
Not bad. I'm at 28% protein and alittle mroe fat than I would normally like but it's not bad fat and not bad carbs either..I got all my vitamins today but probably could use alittle work on water so I'll get another cup of tea before I go to bed and have a bottle of ice water during the night. I get pretty thirsty during the night. and an added bonus is when I have hot flashes during the night, ice water helps!

If i felt lazy yesterday, I felt doubly so today!
Slept in until 8, had breakfast and picked up a bit, showered went to church, out to lunch and then I took a nap! Got up made dinner and am going to watch a little TV with DD. I am working night shift tonight at my second job so I did need a nap! I am not sure if I am going to try and go into the office for half a day or just take the whole day off, I will see how tired I feel in the morning.
DH has switched jobs and the start date got pushed back so we will be a bit short on money if I cannot pick up a few shifts.
0845-scrambled eggs w ham and cheese, 100 cal eng muffin w lite butter and sf jelly
1030-graham cracker
1245-1/2 sandwich, few slurps of soup and a cookie
1600-1/2 banana baked ruffles
1800-spaghetti pie brocoli
2100-plan is a skinny cow
all my water and such but no exercise. I was so tired this afternoon; probably the cookie at lunch.

Good for you! I'm so glad you got a rest day..I never over work myself enough to need one but some days I just get lazy..it doesn't hurt to be lazy occasionally..and even when we're lazy we still get things done like when I take a day off and still do laundry and clean house..
The weather is turning cold and soup and chili are just calling to me..tomorrow, tomato soup and baked chicken breast..

today was out of whack..numbers should look worse than they do...just on the run all day..hit and miss with meals. Started out ok but my day gets all messed up when I sleep in as late as I did today (9:30am)..but it was sure nice for a change! LOL

I think cool whip is what killed me yesterday, actually. I got to feeling nauseous when I went to bed..I just hate that. I blamed it on the pain killers for my elbow. Tomorrow I'm gonna take one with me and take it when I get to work..I was sore all day today and I figure I can try it tomorrow..
Yeah, you did get a short list for Sunday..that's what being busy will do..remember all those skinny people who say "Oh, I forgot to eat." Well, you just about were one of them Sunday..good for you! And because your protein number wasn't that huge, you didn't really need all that much water..It looks to me to be less than 30% protein so...you're good there too..

here is what i had for sunday..
B- 2 string cheese this was at noon... :-(
L- toasted cheese sandwhich
(2 slices ww bread
2 slices american cheese- this was after 3pm
snack - 3/4 c fit and active vitality cereal with red berries
1/2 c. 2 & milk
snack while cooking supper- few saltines and pb and honey.- i know my sugar was low- hot, sweaty , shaking, should of tested my blood
D- pork loin
boiled potatoes
1/2 c. green beans
S- before bed - ritz crackers with pb and honey
4 c. coffee
2 c. cold tea
no water..

Not enough fruits or veggies..you might have a problem with constipation with all that cheese..just reminding you...five a day like that commercial for V-8 says..
