Wow..What is the deal with breakfast? Have you tried scrambled eggs or something alittle more protein rich? I know carbs make me feel bad and my blood sugar drops like a rock but I didn't get sick..

But whatever makes you barf is not a good thing. You're right. you had no where to go but up..when I get sick, I'm so afraid to eat that I just don't and those are the days my calories are about 500 for the day.

I don't see much protein either..is that a problem too?

I know, kids can do that to you. My step daughter said the nicest things to me the other day..I cried like a baby thinking about just how far we've come since she was a teenager and hated my guts..to now..she's 35!

Keep up the effort...something will work..see ya.

Actually, I could not eat very much on Saturday after the barf fest.

Had cream cheese and lox with melba toast (14 gms of protein) for breakfast on Sunday and it stayed down!.  I think it was the fiber bread that did me in earlier.

Wow, my cousin has a similar story with her step daughter.  The girl actually told her father "Choose, it's that b***tch or me,"  and now they are best buddies.  Her step daughter now  calls her "mom" and named her baby daughter after her.  Glad to hear you have succeeded with your stepdaughter as well.

Well, bread can be good or bad...and no two breads are the same..sadly. I prefer rye toast when I do have bread or toast,...or Arnold's Sandwich Thins..those work for me..most other stuff does not..

I know when Danielle was a teenager, she claimed I wouldn't last..I told her I'd be there after she was LONG GONE..Staying power has been my strong suit..proving I wasn't just a temporary problem must have convinced her I was here to stay. I won't be chased away..stubborn that way.
