Accountability - Friday! FINALLY
It always feels like such a long week when we get to the end of the week..no matter how quickly the week went and things were busy this week..Look to be busy next week too. At least I have enough to keep me busy..and that should help. One of the girls said something to me today about how fast I move at work and how I move around. I guess I nearly run laps in our office..I didn't notice! I thought I was just walking fast..they have a hard time keeping up so they just wait till I lap around and speak to me when I run by..who knew?
My eats Friday
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 microwaved apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:50 am double espresso, 4 oz plain soy milk frothed but microwaved cuz the frothing didn't work!
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, lipton Passion Fruit/Strawberry and 2 packs splenda
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry (while in a dept meeting)
9:45 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat (after the meeting let out)
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
11:30 am part of a chicken salad: 4 oz chicken thigh meat, 1 cup lettuce and spinach combined, 1/3 cucumber raw, 1 oz ranch dressing
12:00 pm 12 oz coffee w/low fat milk
1:25 pm the rest of that chicken salad
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink mix with Ice, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with Ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:00 pm 2 cups turkey chili (home made with black beans - YUM), 4 ritz crackers and spray cheese..I even have room for dessert if I don't forget to have it..
Totals for the day (so far!)
Calories: 1477
Fat: 72.2
Carbs: 101.3
Protein: 112.8
Not too bad but isn't it amazing how the calories start to add up with stuff like full fat dressings and cracers..Or fruit..yikes. But I'm not afraid to eat more fat and so long as they're good carbs, those don't scare me either. I do eat bread (and crackers, obviously) but not as a general rule..
How did you do? Keep it on the ground this weekend..Hopefully I'll have some outside time this weekend.

Sounds like you are a little tornado in the office! I am glad it is Friday! I got up early and went to boot camp class at the Y 5:30 AM! I was gong to go to spin class after work but I was too tired!

I had no idea that I was moving that fast but apparently it's apparent to everyone else! LOL..At home, I'm vacuuming and cleaning during the commercials (not to disturb the dear hubby watching his Barrett-Jackson and all! LOL) So I guess that makes me burn more calories..I would bet so..

Yehhhhh for Friday! Sun has been out 3 days in a row...hopefully the weekend is the same. Plan to work in the garage getting room and organizing stuff.
On a whim, hubby and I went to Wendy's for dinner....I was soooo proud of myself!! Ordered 1/4lbr without the bun and all the sauces. Just lettuce, pickle, onion and slice of american cheese...only 300 cals and 23g protein. Nice to see fast-food places getting smart finally!

L Jenn-o turkey meatballs-3 w/1tbl bbq sauce
S 1/2c 2% cottage cheese
D Wendy's 1/4lbr w/cheese, no bun or sauces
S low fat yogurt
s Quaker protein pb bar
totals: 1542cal 122.5g protein 154.5g carb 62.5g fat
little high on carbs but %s still equal so I'm happy., Still walking on the treade mill which helps burn more calories than I'm taking in ^_^

Here in California, with all the diets and such..most places, even fast food, have *low carb* options. I love burgers wrapped in lettuce..
