Because the weather is getting better and better, I'm finding it harder and harder to go to work these days..I sure would love to stay home and clean the windows and screens..AND I need to trim the grapevines..that has to be done this month..maybe this weekend? sigh..
 
My eats for Wednesday:
 
5:30 am half a cup of coffee
 
5:45 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 microwaved green apple, 1/3 serving (1/4 cup) sf pancake syrup and butter buds
 
6:15 am the other half of that cup of coffee
 
6:45 am double espresso with 1/2 cup plain soy milk, frothed with splenda
 
7:15 am 24 oz herb tea on my drive into work..nice!
 
8:30 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
 
9:30 am 24 oz Drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
 
11:15 am salad including 2 oz sausage, left over omelet(figure half an egg), 3 meat balls, 1 cup raw spinach, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 small tomato and 1 oz zesty italian dressing. (well, most of it anyway!)
 
12:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red
 
1:30 pm the rest of the salad..and a hard boiled egg
 
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
 
3:30 pm 1 medium grapefruit raw
 
4:30 pm 24 oz herb tea, Lemon with raspberry splenda and splenda
 
6:30 pm 4.5 oz chicken thigh meat, 1 cup salad greens, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 medium tomato, 1 oz ranch dressing..

I could have a snack later but the jury is still out on that.

Carbs: 91.8
Protein: 98.9

I wish I had the desire to clean my windows! I would like to do some scrapbooking for my daughter before she leaves for college; I have 8 years! Was at an all day conference for work. I stayed away from the danishes and bagles but did have a tiny piece of cake after lunch. I came home did a little work from home, helped DD do some homework before double dance class. Ran 4 miles on the TM and walked 1 total warm up and cool down.
0830-oatmeal w splenda and 2 slices fresh pineapple
1230-citrus infused herb crusted halibut- it was okay the other choice was cheese mannacotti,few string beans and carrots and a very small piece of cake
1500-hungry after that light lunch slice of leftover delite pizza
2015-after the Y came home and made scrambled eggs w diced ham and cheese,lc toast w light butter and sf jelly
I might have some animal crackers before bed. All my water and such. Thursday already! This week has flown by! I have ran into several different people this week that have told me how poorly the department I used to manage is doing since I left; makes me sad.

Oh you have to scrapbook before that! LOL. I really wanted some of my grandparents photos but they never put them in an album at all..so it was dig through boxes and boxes of 65 years of memories..nothing labeled..and with them gone, who ARE these people? argh..

My sister feels the same way. She's been married 30 years and has three adult children. all her photos are in boxes. not labeled..the kids will go through the boxes when they die (in 40 more years) and have no idea who anyone is or what anything is..I sat down and scrapbooked all my photos for the previous 8 years and got them all put into photo albums, nice pages, decorated, labeled..but I haven't done any of 2010 at all..I think I ended with my nephew (of said boxed photos sister) in Oct 2009..I'm slippin but when I get the photo from the digital media to Walmart..then I'll be at least most of the way there.

Isn't it nice to know they can't just replace you in a heartbeat? I had a boss who said they'd have me replaced in 15 minutes.ha on HIM...his office manager called me a year later and basically offered me anything including the moon..nope. I'm happy here (or there, whereever I was, I was happier than working for THEM!)

Was dying for sugar today but managed to stay away from candy.  I even went to Target and didn't buy a bag!  Small miracle right there!  Did go nuts late in the day with raisins though.  Wow they sure have a lot of calories!
Oatmeal, milk
cow cheese
chicken
turkey sausage
wasa
tomatoes
raisins

HOLY O! Look at that carb number! what happened there? You must have had a cup of raisins..LOL..Maybe next time add peanuts to those raisins? still the calories would be higher but there would be more protein in that..and the fat would have been higher too but fat is your friend, not the enemy..

Yeah, carbs were calling your name for sure..and you did good. fruit is better than white sugar in candy and doesn't call to you as bad..

Morning all
yesterday was a good day...even tho I thought it wasn't going to be LOL  Dawn, if possible, would like to get some one-on-one with you regarding what I should be shooting for number wise.  I'm really clueless here, just imitating what I see being done here.  Would sure appreciate some guidence.

yesterday is:
 
B   Protein shake w/soy milk
S  2oz cheddar cheese
L  1 1/2c homemade veggie soup w/2oz chicken,  8 saltine crackers
S  Protein shake/GNC Lean Shake
D  Panda Express kung pao chicken  (only 300 cal but 19g protein!)
S  Quaker protein bar,  tortilla chips

coffee and water equalled 48oz...add shakes...Good Deal! ^_^

looking at the numbers, this was a GOOD day! ;-)

1350cal  57g fat  74g carb  135.8g protein
