ACCOUNTABILITY TUESDAY
Dawn must be busy tonight so I will start the thread. I am headed off to bed soon. I am proud to report I did not have a doughnut during the staff meeting this morning, or when I went in to the break room to see if any were left and there were; twice! I had a string cheese and a serving of mixed nuts instead the second time.
0800-eggbeater veggie omellette w bacon
1200-6 inch turkey from subway on wheat w pepperjack and all the veggies
1300-sf cookie
1500-string cheese, mixed nuts, and a V8
1800-fiber one bar
1900-roast beef, mashed taters, brocoli
2100-1/2 bagel thin, deli turkey, deli ham
All my water and such no exercise to speak of. Hope everyone had a great day and tomorrow is Hump Day!

You're right..I got busy! I have a passion for genealogy and my younger step daughter cut me loose on her husband's family tree. Now I can't think of anything but those folks and what I'm looking for and at..It's so much fun!
Funny how we both had beef/mashed and broccoli for dinner! Great minds think alike!

9:20 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Wyler's Lemonade
11:20 am 1 clementine, raw
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with creamer
12:40 pm 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1:40 pm 1/2 small baked potato, 1 cup spaghetti sauce with meat
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, GV Strawberry
6:00 pm 4 oz T-bone steak, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1 cup broccoli from fresh, boiled, 1/3 tablespoon of tub margarine (all that was left in the container)
Seriously didn't have anything more..I got too busy looking up dead people. My step daughter named her second daughter Haley..turns out her family has a Hally (Hallie) born 140 years before my granddaughter! How cool is that? Lots of history and it looks as if my grand children will have a link to the Daughters of the American Revolution! I'm jealous!

That's what happens when I get busy! I forget to eat..I never in my life, before surgery, got so busy that I didn't remember to eat..Now it happens all the time! I got my vitamins in and got some walking in too.

Forget to eat?? I'm not there yet. I can't wait until the next time I can eat. It's actually annoying. I wish I could get food, eating, tracking, weight, etc out of my head! Good for you!
