Accountability - Sunday
All in all a typical day around here is nothing typical. I had espresso this morning and that got me going..dear hubby invited friends for dinner, with my blessings but that gave me more to do..always a good thing, when I could start feeling lazy any time soon..
My eats for Sunday:
Coffee
1st Breakfast: protein waffle, 1/2 an apple and sf syrup
24 oz container Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
24 oz Container Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
2nd Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices rye toast without the crust, 2 slices tomatoes
No lunch
24 oz Container Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
double espresso with 1/2 cup plain soy milk
Dinner: 1/4 cheese burger on sandwich thin, 1 slice tomato, mustard, 4 french fries
Dessert: 2 cups mixed fruit (raw strawberries, melon and pineapple) with 1/2 cup whipped topping
I think I may have one more container of water..I keep a container next to the bed lately..it helps keep me from getting munchie in the middle of the night..I may have a cup of tea and that's it..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1395
Fat: 63.6
Carbs: 139.8
Protein: 83.7
I should have done more protein..maybe tomorrow..I'm not sure what is happening with the protein counts lately but at least the carbs are primarilly good carbs. I'm not gaining any weight..still hovering about 127 so we're still good.
How did you do?

Doing terrible is half good..You're *doing* and that's what counts. The minute you stop trying, then you know you're not going to make your goal..Keep trying.
Sweets are a really hard thing. Years ago I saw my ex quit eating sugar and he literally went through withdrawls..The shakes, the sweats. It looked more like getting off of crack to me..and what did he do? Now he puts 29 packets of sugar in his iced tea. and weighs about 350 pounds. Poor guy..He just can't kick the habit..but he's not even trying anymore.
Keep trying. Think of it as an addiction and cut it completely out..don't buy it, don't look at it, do whatever you need to to cleans it out of your system..Oh, it's hard but you can do it..
And your worth it.

L tuna, little cheese
S yogurt greek
D chicken, 1 small spud
s popcorn
Totals: cal 1108, fat 36, carbs 94, protein 101!!!
I didn't lose any weight this week but I feel so much better.
Cheese and milk are constipating..more fruit is good for that..I decided to start forgoing the white bread, pasta, potaotes and rice for a salad with lots of stuff on it (cucumbers, tomato, lettuce, bean sprouts..stuff like that..) And for dessert use to be a baked apple with a sugar free cookie...hmm. I did much better on raw fruit (even TWO cups of it) with non-dairy whipped topping..so filling but better for the ol bowels..
You're doing awesome..keep up the good work..be sure and get a bunch of water with that protein number..high protein is tough on the kidneys over time..
See ya.
