Accountability - Friday night

I'm sure glad it's Friday. I got my espresso this morning and was ready to go..I'm getting things all simplified this weekend..I finally figured out that I was leaving the plain soy milk out of the protein waffles in my counts...darn it..and I thought I was so *on top if it* all!  

My eats for Friday:  

5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 baked apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds  

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

6:45 am double espresso with 4 oz plain soy milk frothed  

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Vanilla Chai  

8:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

9:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat  

9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin and Mango Tea  

11:15 am 1 clementine  

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda  

12:45 pm corned beef sandwich: 3 oz corned beef, 1 sandwich thin, 1/3 cup cooked onions, 1 slice processed american cheese  

1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Wyler's Lemonade  

3:15 pm hard boiled egg  

3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated  

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea  

6:00 pm Banquet meatballs and sauce over a medium baked potato..actually 1.5 servings of the meatballs, since a serving is just 4 of them..  


You know, sometimes you think of a person you haven't thought of in some time and wonder whatever happened to them? I had a person's name come to mind from high school today and decided to take a quick peek on bing.com to see if I could find her..I found her. Actually, I found her obituary..she passed away LAST January..how sad is that?

Not bad but I'm tired now and need to get to bed..it's going to be a nice long weekend.

Hungry day!  Good protein count but want to stay around 1,000 calories to lose weight.
Didn't make my goal today.  For some reason I felt anxious all day.  Wierd.

B Oatmeal, rasin, date & walnut, milk

L Chunky soup
S protein shake
S popcorn
S Rice crackers
S wassa w/ww cream cheese & colby
S protein shake

TGIF! I had a great day at work, accomplished alot! I cannot believe it is time for bed!

Went to a spin class tonight after work-wow what a butt kicker! I may go to another one in the morning if my butt isn't sore in the morning.

well i woke up this morning and weighed my self and i only lost 1 pound. i need to exercise. the eating is going good. kind of disapointed.

B- 1/2 c. ritcotta cheese
1 T baking cocoa
2 pks splenda

L- 1 whole boiled egg
1 egg white
1 slice split top wheat bread
1 t. mayo

D- 3 0z. turkey
1/4 c. turkey stuffing
1/2 c. hubbard squash

S- 1/2 c. ritcotta cheese
1 T baking cocoa
2 pkgs. splenda

48 oz water
5 or 6 cups coffee
16 oz diet pepsi with ice.
