Late start this morning. I'm not sure what my problem is..I just don't want to get out of bed lately!   6:00 am 1/4 serving proteim waffle, 1/2 medium baked apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup   6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss   7:00 am 24 oz Lipton Hot Black Tea..with 2 packs of splenda   8:30 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat   9:15 am 24 oz Drink mix with ice, SoBe Living Way, Tide Me Over Strawberry Banana   10:00 am 12 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss and splenda mocha flavor   11:45 am 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda mocha flavor   1:00 pm large chicken salad from home: 4.5 oz chicken breast (baked), 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1 oz thousand island dressing   2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with Ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated   2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with Ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange   3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg   4:30 pm 24 oz Cinnamon Apple Lipton Tea   6:00 pm 4.5 oz corned beef, 1 cup cooked cabbage   7:30 pm 2 sf oatmeal cookies and  2 T peanut butter

Not a bad day..Not all that much done but I'm pretty tired..gonna get some sleep. Maybe I'll feel more like getting awake tomorrow! After all, it's friday AND a three day weekend!

I never want to get out of bed! Home with DD again but she is feeling better and is going to school tomorrow! We are finishing homework now.
0900-bagel thin, fried egg, veggie sausage
1100-fiber one bar
1330-delite pizza
1630-apple and PB
1845-spaghetti pie
2015-sf angel food cake, strawberries, whip cream
All my water and such. I did an hour of "gentle" yoga at the Y. I would hate to see aggressive yoga! I did a half hour boot camp on comcast on demand before dinner; yokes it was a challenge!

here is my foods for thursday..

B- strawberry- cho protein shake - half scoop of both
1 c. 2 % milk

L- 2 oz. ham 
2 egg whites

D- asian buffet - i ate mostly meats some vegs, some carbs. i think i did well.

S- fortune cookie

40 oz water
6 cups coffee

Good Afternoon on Friday
Only reporting now, a day late, to keep myself accountable.  Did well all day and into evening  but caved late nite.  It was my b/day and while I didn't indulge in cake or icing, I did give in to chocolate...and hubby baked pizza, thin crust and I only ate 1-3in slice. 

Friday is a new day..new time...and new choices...I WILL hold myself responsible and make better choices! LOL

I had a good day today.  I had planned to get some walking in on the dread-mill but it just didn't happen.

b oatmeal w/rasin, date, walnut, milk
L spinach souffle
D protein shake
S popcorn

Totals calories 870, fat 27, carbs 97,protein 48
