Accountability Wednesday

Haven't been feeling good for a couple of days now. I push myself kind of hard and then I fall....
yesterday's totals (as I did not post) were: cal. 1495, prot. 61 grams.

Today:
noon eggs, toast
1pm protein drink and cookie
7pm (I had gone back to bed..) rice with turkey and brocoli
8pm snacking on cookie and 2 mini-mints
9pm corn, yes, just corn with butter and salt, then took my mini mint and went upstairs for the night

today's totals:
calories: 1215
protein: 53 grams

not quite enough fluids, but all vitamins (that lack of fluids is going to come back to haunt me...)

Hope you are feeling better today! It has been a hard winter for sickness for many people this year!

Rest up and just get your fluids in to wash out that sickness! I drown myself in echinacea tea when I first feel something coming on.
