Well I am a few days away from being 3 YEAR OUT.
Self pay - RNY

I am very proud of myself that I have stuck with it all and not regained.
My biggest things are stopping as soon as I feel the tightness in my pouch and NOT overeating.
And to take my vitamins !!! And also not to eat over a cup of food at a time !!
