Not a bad day..Just a busy day..just the way I like it!

My eats:
 
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 medium apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
 
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
7:15 am 24 oz Vanilla Herb Tea
 
8:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
9:15 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
 
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
 
10:40 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
11:15 am half my salad: 2.5 oz chicken thigh, 2.5 oz ground beef cooked, 2 cups lettuce, 1/2 medium tomato, 1/2 medium cucumber, 1 oz zesty italian dressing.
 
12:15 pm 12 oz decaf coffee w/ half n half
 
12:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix with ice, Power Edge Wild Berry caffeinated
 
1:30 pm the other half of my salad with alittle more salad dressing, 1 hard boiled egg
 
2:10 pm 12 oz Drink Mix with still alittle ice, Power Edge Wild Berry caffeinated
 
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
 
3:45 pm 6 oz greek yogurt, strawberry
 
4:30 pm 24 oz Hot Tea, Celestial Seasonings White Peach

 6:00 pm 3 oz tilapia cooked with onions and lemon juice..and a very small yam, baked (probably about 3 ounces) with butter buds.

 7:00 pm a half an apple, baked and a sugar free short bread cookie

 Totals for the day:

Calories: 1525
Fat: 64.8
Carbs: 135.2
Protein: 109.7

not bad at all. I'm so tired, I may just head to bed early!

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I had another busy day too;I agreeIi would rather be busy! It does keep the snackies at bay!
0700-eggbeater omellette w bacon and veggies
1115-1/2 turkey and swiss on wheat and lots of veggies, cup of tomato veggie soup, sf snickerdoodle
1400-PBJ on wheat- I was starving
1630-1/2-3/4 serving baked cheetos- it was the bottom of the bag
1930-chicken meatballs from Costco- they were just okay, sweet potato, brocoli
2130-plan is sf cookies
3 mile ron on treadmill plus some walking
All my water and such It is snowing here but it is not expected to stick around for long. I will work from home tomorrow;YEAH! I was going to anyway DD has a bad sore throat and cold so I do not want her to go to school even if it is not cancelled. She has been sick so much this year; poor girl.

 hi dawn,
 i had a good day. still want to step on the scale but i am waiting till saturday to come. 
no i havent walked much. i know i do need some exercise. i do walk to the little store across from my trailer park but that isnt a long walk. i was thinking about ordering that flirty girl fit. i saw it on tv . it does look fun but if i buy it will i do is is the next question. i will get exerise today. we got snow last night so i need to shovel. 

40 oz. water
5 c. coffee
3 cups diet pepsi lime ?? used a half pint jar with ice..
i am weird.. after the ice melts some i love to chew on ice.

B- 1/2 c. ricotta cheese 14 pro.
1 T baking cocoa 
2 pkg. splenda

L- 2 oz. chicken breast
1/4 c. sweet peas
2 slices pineapple

D- 3 oz. ham
1/4 c. sweet peas
1/4 c. ricotta cheese 7 pro.  mixed with splenda and almond extract

S- 3 cinn. graham crackers
1/2 c. sf pudding
