Accountability - Monday
Monday and I hit the ground running...late. LOL. But I managed to get all the mandatory things done before I left..breakfast and espresso are two of those things..
My eats:
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 baked apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:45 am double espresso with 4 oz frothed plain soy milk (yum)
7:00 am 24 oz Hot Herb Tea, Licorice and splenda
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red
10:45 am 4 oz braised beef, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1/2 medium cucumber, 1 oz zesty italian dressing
12:30 pm the rest of the Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red
1:00 pm 2 small clementine tangerines
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:00 pm 8 reduced fat Wheat Thins (half a serving) and 1 T peanut butter (half a serving).
3:30 pm 24 oz Herb Tea, Mint flavor with splenda
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:00 pm 5 oz chicken thigh (with the skin), 1/2 cup canned carrots, cooked and 1 tiny small baked potato without the skin, 1/2 tablespoon margarine
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1756
Fat: 99.4
Carbs: 106.2
Protein: 119.6
Not bad considering that it's the beginning of the week..I have time to adjust..the chicken thigh really was filling! I might have another round of tea tonight but I'm not foreseeing any more food..

You get all that really good salmon up there...me=jealous...It's so expensive down here I can only afford small bits of it when it's on sale...
Awesome list..I love when I'm busy..I tend to snack too much when I'm bored..At work I try and walk to deliver mail but when there isn't any I have a hard time staying away from the snacks..

I seems that today was a good food day. I'm as nervous as a cat on a hot tin roof, but I made it through the day and, God willing, I'll get through tomorrow.
My calorie count for today came out so low that I rechecked everything on the list. I had undercounted the peanuts so I added more for that, but everything else seemed okay. It just seemed as though I couldn't stop eating..

1pm protein drink
2pm dried pinapple
4pm 1/4 cup rice and turkey brocoli stir fry
5pm apple
5-8pm 3 cups, one after another, of decaf coffee
7pm another dried pinapple, 1/8 cup rice with turkey and brocoli
9pm 1/4 peanuts
10pm another 1/4 peanuts, two 1/2 cup bowls of egg drop soup (I may have underestimated the calories for the soup)

here is my foods for monday. i did weight my self sunday and i am waitiing till next sunday to come to weight again. i hope i see a difference and loose weight.

D- 1 hotdog and roll
few Tablespoons dirty rice maybe 1/4 c ?

You make handing stress look easy with your list..you're doing great being under pressure..of course, just remember it's a temporary thing and you can get through it..I can attest to hot drinks. Lately I can't get enough hot tea..I just get bored with the flavors but I have a plan on collecting different flavors for later...I mean tea bags don't go bad at all..LOL.

You did make good choices...awesome choices..so much anti oxidant stuff in blueberries..how can you go wrong?
And your protein number is amazing! Good stuff..now, if you're concerned over that carb number, don't be. All that stuff on your list except the popcorn was a great carb and the popcorn is still a good carb..you did great!
